Looking for more assembly information or product support? Find everything you need in our product support section. Looking for replacement parts for this product? How are the airbeds constructed? Can I use an airbed on my existing bedspring? Why doesn't the product measure out to the size stated on the box? INTEX airbeds state the approximate inflated size; Make sure the airbed is inflated before it is measured. Make sure to incorporate the bulge on whichever side you are measuring. All sizes are approximate which will be affected by the pressure, temperature and etc. You may get a measurement different than what is stated on the packaging due to the above. How to measure the size of airbed Since my airbed has flocking, how can I use the repair patch - it won't adhere to the flocking? The repair patch is designed for vinyl surfaces only.

However, fine sandpaper, or an emery board can be used to gently rub away the flocking. When that is complete, clean the area with nail polish removal solution so the repair patch will adhere to the bed. How to repair the airbed What type of valve does my airbed have? Does the INTEX airbed come with a warranty? How can I differentiate the valves? A Built-in Pump is a pump that is mounted inside of the airbed with the panel portion showing. A 3-in-1 (part# 10650) Valve has two "clips" on either side of the Valve Cap that allows for easy removal. A 2-in-1 (part #10651) Valve does not have "clips" and instead consists simply of a screw-on cap, and a plug that fits on top, and in the center of the cap itself. The Exhaust Valve Cap (part# 10043) and Plug (part# 10044) consists of a rubber stopper plug that is inserted first, while the screw-on cap is placed on top of the plug. The Double-Valve is a vinyl valve stem that is attached to the mattress and is reminiscent of a beach ball valve.

Can I use normal sheets for my INTEX airbed? Can I wash my airbed? What is the approximate weight capacity of INTEX airbeds? Can I use other brand's pump for inflating the airbeds? Will the Quick-Fill Rechargeable Pump inflate my airbed? Why won't my Quick-Fill Rechargeable Pump work? I turn it on and nothing happens. What is your suggestion on pump maintenance? If my airbed has a leak, how can I find it and patch it? First, make sure that the airbed is leaking. Stretching is a natural characteristic of new vinyl and the first few times you use the mattress, some stretching will occur suggesting that the mattress is losing air. It is simply stretching under your body weight and this is normal for the first few uses. To check the mattress for leaks, first make sure the valves are secure, replace it if necessary. You can also put liquid soap and water in a squirt bottle and spray on seams. If there is a leak it will bubble. (Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent will not work; they do not have the "bubbling" effect)

After you find the leak, clean and dry the leaking area, remove the flocking with fine sand paper or an emery board, then apply the repair patch that comes with your airbed. Alternatively, you may purchase an Intex repair kit (#59632) for additional patches. What pump should I use with my airbed? I misplaced the transformer to my Quick-Fill Pump. Which transformer do I purchase to replace it? How can I inflate an airbed with 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 valve? Please refer to the Manual comes with your airbed or visit the following link for the video instruction. View all FAQ's for this productDiscount excludes Pro purchases. Free shipping over is valid in the US lower 48 states only, and is not available for PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. What is the warranty for my airbed? The warranty for our airbeds is one (1) year from the original purchase date with proof of purchase. To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team for further instructions.

What does the warranty cover? The warranty for our products covers defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year. The warranty does NOT cover holes or other damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification of the product. PVC, which stands for polyvinyl chloride, is a plastic widely used by many industries. Apart from your airbed, PVC can be found in pipes and flooring, medical devices and electrical cables among many other uses. What is the weight capacity of my airbed? All full and queen size beds in our current product line have a weight capacity of 500 lbs. All Twin Size beds in our current product line have a weight capacity of 350 lbs. Can I use my airbed as a full time bed? We do not recommend our products for everyday use. Where should I store my airbed? Avoid storing your airbed in any location that experiences extreme temperatures or temperature fluctuations.

This can cause stress on the airbed material which can lead to failure. Do not store in humid environments. Do not unpack the bed in freezing temperatures. Why is my battery pump not filling my bed completely? For best performance, we recommend using only high quality alkaline batteries in our airbed pumps. If the pump becomes too weak to bring the bed to full firmness, it’s time to replace the batteries. Why is my battery pump not working? Check to ensure the batteries are installed properly and that the battery door is fully closed. Inspect the inside of the battery compartment for signs of damage or corrosion. Corrosion can result from leaving batteries in your pump too long. If there are no visible signs of damage and the pump is still not working, replace all batteries with new ones. Why is my bed losing air after a couple of hours? Much of the time, airbeds that sag down in the middle of the night do so because the material has stretched as a result of temperature changes and the weight of the people sleeping on them.

When this happens, simply use your pump to add more air (does not apply to neverFLAT™ products). If the bed continues to lose air, this could be the result of a hole in the mattress. The majority of airbed holes can be found and patched successfully. How do I find and repair a hole if my bed is losing air? Using a clean spray bottle, fill 2/3 with water and add one (1) tablespoon of dish soap. Mix together gently until the soap suds and dissolves (Do not shake). Spray a light application of the solution over the surface of your inflated airbed. Air escaping through holes in the mattress will begin to cause bubbles to form in the soap solution above the location of the hole. Once the hole has been identified, deflate the bed, clean and dry the area around the hole and apply the repair patch supplied with the airbed. It is best to round the corners of the patch with a pair of scissors before applying it to the airbed to cover the hole. This will help prevent the patch from snagging and peeling up later on.

After covering the hole with the patch and pressing down on all sides to ensure a tight seal, place a heavy object on the patch and let sit for 24 hours. Can I use patches other than the ones supplied? Yes, the majority of home, sporting goods and outdoor retailers as well as many hardware stores sell vinyl repair kits that are compatible with our products. Can I use a heated blanket on my airbed? We do not recommend the use of heated blankets with our airbeds. Will normal sheets work with my airbed? For single height airbeds between 7 and 9 inches tall, normal sheets will work. For raised height airbeds between 15 and 20 inches tall, normal sheets will work; however, we recommend deep pocket sheets for the best fit on raised airbeds. Will my neverFLAT™ or other 120V AC powered airbed work with a power inverter in my automobile? DC to AC inverters are rated by their output power (watts). Only use a power inverter whose output power rating (watts) exceeds the power requirements specified on the pump.

The Wattage of the AC pump on your airbed may be printed on the housing of the pump itself or it may be included on the certification tag attached to the power cable. For example, the neverFLAT™ pump rating is 120V AC 60Hz, 1.1A 130W. The final number, 130, is the required wattage. Please read the tags and printing on your pump to verify the wattage requirement before using it with a power inverter. PLEASE NOTE, power inverters may drain your car’s battery if the engine is not running. Do you sell adapters for use in countries with AC power that is not 120V? We do not sell adapters or converters for use in countries with different AC voltage. However, adapters and converters that are compatible with our products are commercially available. As with automotive inverters and generators, an international converter will be rated by electrical output (watts). The output rating of the converter must exceed the wattage required by your airbed pump. The wattage of the AC pump on your airbed may be printed on the housing of the pump itself or it may be included on the certification tag attached to the power cable.
