INTERVIEW SECTION.

1. Please give us a brief introduction of yourself. It doesn't have to be long, but do make it clear. [Your personalities in general, strengths and weaknesses, how you act in terms of business.

: First of all, I have a flaw in that I can't interact or mingle freely instantly in a new environment. But that doesn't mean I will stay silent, I will try to adapt as best I can so that I can be comfortable in that environment. I am also not an effortless talent, I will try to give a good impression to my customers. I will act and make decisions carefully and think about what will happen if I do something, if there is something I really can't do then I will give up. Other than that, I always act professionally; make a good impression and try to make good commitments with all my coworkers.

2. What are your reasons for applying to Echoes of Glory? Keep in mind that we are quite picky so we don't accept clichéd reasons. And why should we shelter you to be a part of @EchoesOfGlory amongst the others?

: Aside from having a cool set up, I have a feeling that I don't know why I'd feel right working here, seriously. I know this agency has been around for a long time because I've also been a talent for a long time, and at that time I had a few friends who joined EOG and they were very good at interacting with other coworkers. Why should you give me a chance? Because I swear that I'm not a problematic person. I'm a person who takes responsibility for my actions. And I can help from small things to contribute as talent.

3. What strategies do you employ to effectively allocate your time and prioritize tasks in your everyday existence? [Your methods for maintaining concentration and achieving a harmonious schedule, etc.] Also, please tell us your scale of activeness on Telegram using the number 1 to 10.

:To be honest, I set the time randomly and it depends on priority too. If it's a normal day and there are no customers, usually it will be more active at night. Meanwhile, when I'm in a busy situation, I'll more or less open the Telegram application 2-3x times for important things. So my answer is 7. More precisely, when I'm on break or free time, I'll check telegram.

4.How do you navigate challenges and issues encountered within the realm of business? [Your approach to problem-solving, your response during adversity, etc.]

:Actually I always avoid problems. But if something happens (personally) maybe I'll separate myself and ask for a break to sort it out. If the problem is within the agency, then I will try to invite or participate in a serious conversation with those related.

5. We do not need any intruders among us, nor those who only actives on the first period. We will not hesitate to penalise or even terminate you if you do not contribute in EOG. Could you maintain the trust that we have given you and comingle with other talents, subscribers, caretakers, co-owners, and owner at the group?

: Sure, I'm ready to accept any punishment if I make a mistake or violate the provisions that have been set
