01. What piqued your interest in becoming a Nomen-Clasher talent? And why should we pick you to be a Nomen-Clasher talent?
Answer: First of all, I feel that Nomen-Clasher has the potential to become a big agency. Moreover, I saw a pleasant interaction between talent, subs, and admin, making me believe that Nomen-Clasher is not only a place to work but can also be a home for anyone.
Why do you have to choose me to become Nomen-Clasher talent? Well, I have a lot of potential to be a good talent without any complaints from the customer and I have never been involved in any problems in this rental world, I can prove it if I have been accepted as a talent at Nomen Clasher.
02. How busy are you, on a scale of 1-100%? And how do you balance your time between real life and rental world?
Answer: 30%, cara saya mengatur waktu saya 60% untuk real life dan 40% untuk BA dikarenakan saya masih ada urusan lain juga di rl. Waktu aktif saya di Ba itu tentunya mengikuti waktu aktif agc.
03. Don't you mind the talent salary system, which reduces your order income by 10% if it falls below 30.000? And a 15% discount if your order exceeds 30.000?
Answer: Ya, menurut saya itu sudah dipertimbangkan with all the needs of agc and others.

-) My avaibility are basic req (ava, dn, bio, typing), spotify session, pap activity without face, reading/AU date, stay up late (until 1AM), movie date (Rave), game date (Telegram), food date (bill on cust), IC (crush, ex, AU character), PDA (for V/VIP only), SFW imagine (bracket/literate full INA or Bil), move platform on WhatsApp.

-) Advantages: I mingle easily with new people, I always read forms with details so there's never been an error in customer service, I'm an easy person to break the ice, and saya rajin melakukan spm.

05. What contribution will you bring to the {Nomen-Clasher} agency if you are accepted as a talent here?
Answer: Aktif dalam gc dan jbjb di ch, aktif spm dan membantu temen ngepm kalau dibutuhkan, memberikan ide apabila dibutuhkan, participating in every event held by agc, dll.
06. Are you willing to self-promote and assist your friends in getting promoted? And what if you are already full-slot at the time of the open batch but your friend is not? If your friend is not full-slot at the time of open batch, which is inversely proportional to you?
Answer: Of course, as a talent and co-worker, saya akan membantu setiap talent yang ingin dibantu dalam melakukan promote, including every talent whose slot is not full.
07. Can you mingle with other talents and talk to each other, including Owner and Caretaker in the talent group to make it more lively? What will you do if you don't get along with your friends and feel uncomfortable?
Answer: I am a person who easily get along with new people. What I will do when I don't get along with others and feel uncomfortable with others is I keep being a professional and do as usual without showing my discomfort whenever possible.
08. What are your actions and handlers if a customer complains about how you perform your duties? What if you get a customer who does not fit your criteria?
Answer: Pertama, saya akan minta maaf atas kinerja saya yang mungkin tidak sesuai dengan apa yang cust inginkan, lalu saya akan mengembalikan uang cust sesuai dengan permintaannya, dan evaluasi diri.
For customer who doesn't match with my criteria, before taking an order, I will read the form in detail and make sure apakah customer ini match with my criteria or not. Apabila setelah saya take formnya dan ternyata the customer doesn't match my criteria yang saya lakukan hanya menyesuaikan diri untuk sesuai dengan cust's criteria and putting my feelings aside.
09. Are you willing to accept all of the consequences if you make a minor or fatal mistake in Nomen-Clasher? What will you do if you don't? And impose that penalty on one.
Answer: I am willing to accept all the consequences if I make a minor or fatal mistake. If I am not responsible for every small or fatal mistake, I will accept all the sanctions that agc will throw at me.
