Work was done to a very good standard. Igor understood exactly what we required and got the Job done on time. We are very happy with the work and have recommened Igor to our friends also. We are looking to knock through between our lounge and dining room in our end of terrace house. I have a report from a structural engineer detailing the the steelwork and it's placement required for the job and now need a builder who can complete the work. They removed a chimney breast from my living room and the bedroom above, fitted a reclaimed wood floor, built a shelving unit using the reclaimed boards to fit the space... One internal non load baring wall to come down. Back wall of single storey extension to be changed to allow bifold doors to be fitted. Have approval of structural engineer in place. ST Georges Homes Ltd Martin and his team completed two jobs for us. Knocking down an internal wall and knocking out the back of the house to allow for bi-fold doors to go in. We then rebooked him to come back and level our very unlevel kitchen/dining room floor, put down... Very pleased with the work carried out, Martin and his team were professional and friendly and did exactly what we needed to a high standard - it's great! Happy with the price paid and would recommend them highly. Remove load bearing wall (about 3.5m long) and install RSJ in mid-terraced house build c.1960. RSJ span - 5.2m. Structural calculations already done. Toby quoted to remove load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room and to install RSJ. I was happy with the price so hired him to do it. He turned up on site as arranged, the job was completed to high standard within agreed time frame and... I'm interested in getting a quote for some building work on a semi in Muller Road. There would be 3 different pieces of work: 1. Knock through from existing kitchen to reception room to create a kitchen / diner. Refit kitchen (new units etc.). Resite gas boiler from upstairs to kitchen Extremely happy with Charlie and his team. No project ever runs entirely to plan but Charlie was always willing to go the extra mile to get things done.

Hi There, We are after a 100 x 65 concrete lintel to be installed above our first floor bedroom door. the internal walls are concrete and would require 150mm chopped out of one wall and 150mm of the lintel buried into the gable wall too. I am the homeowner and looking to get this done... Advice and price guide needed 1930 semi.kitchen redesign and install. We wish to alter the small extension already built (used to be toilet and outhouse) removing tiled roof and half height walls,replacing them with glass and extending into a side conservatory. A big thank you to Martin and his team for the fantastic work they did building our lovely new kitchen diner. The project was completed in good time and on budget. Work included raising the kitchen roof and fitting a new velux window. I am looking to hire a builder to complete this job. This job includes knocking down a wall and putting in a concrete lintel. I already have the measurements for the building regulations completed by a structural engineer. Martin and his team were very professional. They did the job very quickly and they completed unplanned plastering work at our requirement. Brilliant job and would definitely hire again. Our 1980s house has an internal store room with a doorway to the garage.
