Support Business (Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Sales Execution) within regular business reviews process:prepare brands performance reviews based on retail audit results and internal data with actionable recommendations to business

provide prompt answers on ad-hoc business questions

support regular reports, optimize reporting

Support business in preparing annual plan:

prepare forecast of market size and PEP SOMs - elaborate forecast models and prepare regular updates

identify opportunities for growing PEP business within annual review and deep-dive analysis according to business needs

Ensure effective business as usual processes:

Managing relationships with agencies (Nielsen, Canadean)

Communicate effectively with Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Sales Execution

Key requirements: 

Education: Degree in Sociology/ Marketing/ Economics/ Statistics

Strong analytical skills

Experience of working with retail audit data (Nielsen) - highly desirable

Minimum of 2 year market research experience in a leading FMCG company or in a RA institute (Nielsen) and minimum 4 years of overall full-time working experience

Fluent English and Russian

Good communication skills
