Responsibilities:

- To estimate opportunities of growth, new launches

- Assist in analysing market evolutions and identifying growth levers and potential for each category

- Design and present business cases on innovation projects in cooperation with R&D, brand markeing, HQ, suppliers

- To manage Innovation Launches, scorecard creation

- Lead NPD process and ensure close cooperation with head office, sales team, marketing, CI and demand (communication of information, delivery of required material)

Requirements:

- High education, 3-5 years of overall professional experience, preferentially in Western FMCG company;

- Perfect project management skills;

- Innovative approach and strategic thinking;

- Strong analytical experience;

-Advanced user of Excel and Power Point, Spacemen or Apollo soft;

- English at upper-intermediate level.
