Indictment Recommendation of Present Donald J. Trump for Genocide and Crime against Humanity

Considering the implications for the Earth and Humanity of the decision by Donald J. Trump to renegade on the Paris Accord, we call on investigation, indictment and trial of Donald J. Trump. Initial proof and documentation can be found here:

Such decision with hurt our planet and kill many, many people in the near future. It was taken despite the fact that such implications are well known. It amounts to genocide and crime against humanity.

While such recommendations and any indictment may be a new interpretation of these terms and role of the ICC Tribunal, it is critical that the World react to decisions taken despite knowingly having such immediate and future impact and impeding future steps to save our planet. Denying science, claiming political promise or government sovereignty can’t justify a crime against the planet and future generation.

Indicting and trialing Donald J. Trump is the only way to prevent what will otherwise happen. It is also a example that must be made worldwide if we want to save our planet. Ignorance, personal business or national interest are not valid justification for irresponsibly endangering future generations. Calling out such a crime is as transcending as the Nuremberg trials and Charter of the ICC: nobody can do this without impunity.
