I cannot believe the number of modern hotels where water pressure is non existent and the temperature fluctuates between freezing cold and scolding hot whilst showering. How hard can it be? Cons High turnover in my experience with the company, and the good managers always leave or transfer elsewhere. Poor managers takeover and make job more stressful than its worth. Advice to Management Pay your mangers more and assistant mangers more so they can sell more, and will lead to less turnover. Sales associate only make a dollar less than an assistant manager.
