I find that the bottom of the headrest digs in my shoulders, whilst almost missing my head. I bought this chair locally from ikea about a year ago. I can attest to the build quality of the chair. However the comfort and build are two seperate things. This chair is not a serious piece of office equipment. I'm sure it's fine for light usage, and for lounging in, leaning back and forward and doing impersonations of cat-stroking...
