RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining client communication
- Driving the entire transaction processes
- Assisting in structuring transactions
- Participating in and conducting due diligence sessions a necessary component of financial transactions
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluency both in Russian and English
- Ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and have an excellent academic and professional record
- Robust financial and analytical skill set
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of intellectual curiosity
- Solid work ethic and motivation level
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive experience within mergers and acquisitions in the local Russian market
