Position

• Building a native iOS app for the Airtasker marketplace
• Scoping new features for the platform with the Product and UX teams
• Contributing to the engineering roadmap
• Managing multiple projects across the business simultaneously

Your qualification

• Minimum of 3-5 years commercial iOS application development experience
• Experience working with and utilizing APIs to achieve scale
• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related IT discipline
• Deep knowledge of native iOS architecture, frameworks, and the Xcode IDE
• Working experience with Swift and Object-C preferred
• Work in an Agile manner, iterating through user stories and applying Test Driven Development techniques
• Experience in using various testing frameworks for automated testing
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Effective collaborator with both non-technical and technical team members

Will be a plus

• Working knowledge of software testing methods and quality assurance
• Contributed to the open source community
• Interest in the start-up and technology community
