Main responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate all Recruitment activities;
- Post job advertisements on applicable sites, revise application forms;
- Act as the initial point of contact for applicants;
- Conduct telephone interviews and arrange meetings;
- Assemble Recruitment files, maintain these files, keep them up to date;
- Enter data into spreadsheets or databases, summarize data in Excel or Word format;
- Work with Recruitment Management System and reporting.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (finished in 2017) in social, humanitarian or economics areas;
- Ability to work full time;
- Advanced English;
- Proactivity, attention to details, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, multitasking;
- High level of motivation to learn and develop, result oriented approach;
- Positive attitude to work&life, people-oriented, mature and energetic.
