POSITION SUMMARY

An HR Intern interacts with employees, candidates and providers through discovery conversations, focus groups, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.

This is a 12-months internship contract for full-time.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Explore and analyse HR Brand to identify common trends and opportunities
  • Explore and analyse current situation with SAP CIS HR Brand
  • Provide focus-groups, surveys, and other methods of HR Brand exploration 
  • Provide publications in all the proper sources

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: HR or Psychology
  • Computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Language skills: Excellent communications skills – experience in English is required
  • Demonstrate passion and flair for HR
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively with a strong focus on execution
  • Reliable and able to work virtually as well as independently 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in HR would be a benefit
  • Experience in presentation skills would be a benefit
  • Experience in process organization would be a benefit
