POSITION SUMMARY
An HR Intern interacts with employees, candidates and providers through discovery conversations, focus groups, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
This is a 12-months internship contract for full-time.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Explore and analyse HR Brand to identify common trends and opportunities
- Explore and analyse current situation with SAP CIS HR Brand
- Provide focus-groups, surveys, and other methods of HR Brand exploration
- Provide publications in all the proper sources
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR or Psychology
- Computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Language skills: Excellent communications skills – experience in English is required
- Demonstrate passion and flair for HR
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively with a strong focus on execution
- Reliable and able to work virtually as well as independently
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience in HR would be a benefit
- Experience in presentation skills would be a benefit
- Experience in process organization would be a benefit
