Key Responsibilities:

Partners with management team on multiple functions within Human Resources.
Provides counsel and suggestions to managers on organizational interventions, team
management, performance management.
Supports programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
Promotes excellent employee relations through accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
Assists in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change projects.
Initiates the design, development, implementation and administration employee engagement and development master plan
Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes
Provides ad hoc reporting on org. effectiveness, turnover, and other measurements.

Key Requirements:

Master’s degree level, in HR or management discipline
Work experience is not less than 3 years in HR BP role at multinational FMCG or Pharm company
Fluent English
Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
High People and Change Agility
