Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with management team on multiple functions within Human Resources.
  • Provides counsel and suggestions to managers on organizational interventions, team
  • management, performance management.
  • Supports programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
  • Promotes excellent employee relations through accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
  • Assists in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change projects.
  • Initiates the design, development, implementation and administration employee engagement and development master plan
  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes
  • Provides ad hoc reporting on org. effectiveness, turnover, and other measurements.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree level, in HR or management discipline
  • Work experience is not less than 3 years in HR BP role at multinational FMCG or Pharm company
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
  • High People and Change Agility
