Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with management team on multiple functions within Human Resources.
- Provides counsel and suggestions to managers on organizational interventions, team
- management, performance management.
- Supports programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Promotes excellent employee relations through accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
- Assists in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change projects.
- Initiates the design, development, implementation and administration employee engagement and development master plan
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes
- Provides ad hoc reporting on org. effectiveness, turnover, and other measurements.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree level, in HR or management discipline
- Work experience is not less than 3 years in HR BP role at multinational FMCG or Pharm company
- Fluent English
- Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
- High People and Change Agility
