For our Human Resources department, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

As HR Business Partner, you are accountable for the people agenda and the driving force behind creation and implementation of the people strategy, regarded by the organization as the expert in the field of people performance & HR. You ensure the smooth execution of the people management processes in order to add value to the organization and to grant that win-win working relationships can be built. You support the business in realizing its innovation and renovation objectives with your supportive and coaching attitude.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to drive the flawless execution of the HR processes among the talent and performance cycle for the allocated departments by strong partnering with line managers and taking account of Nestlé principles, policies and local business context;
  • Ensure high quality development and succession plans by coaching Line Mangers in the implementation and execution of the Performance and Talent Management Cycle; 
  • Plan budgets jointly with C&B Center of expertise;
  • Drive employment relationships – informing Business about activities of HR Department, analyzing satisfaction rate, in timely manner cope with questions about relationships;
  • Train and support Line Managers and employees to use tools effectively. 

 

Требования к опыту

Education and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Manager, ideally in a multinational enterprise within the food or high tech industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR Administration
  • Exposure to key processes e.g. Talent Management, International Transfers & Assignments, Compensation & Benefits and experience in building up an HR Business Partner setup
  • Capability to collaborate within a cross functional environment.
  • University degree in HR or BA or equivalent education in HR
  • Proactive, hands-on and winning attitude with strong communication and coaching skills as well as focused on results
  • Good knowledge of the Russian law regulatory framework
  • Excellent English knowledge.
