Job Description:

  • You might know our company for such legendary products like Post-It or Scotch, but meanwhile we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will join our friendly and dedicated HR Team at 3M Russia to take care of Industrial (IBG) and Electronics & Energy Business Groups (EEBG) in order to contribute to their business growth from HR perspective.
  • Briefly about businesses related:
  • IBG is one of the biggest business groups in 3M Russia, selling materials and solutions used to increase profitability and productivity of manufacturers in different industrial markets such as transportation, metalworking, machinery, oil & gas, biopharmaceuticals etc. 
  • EEBG is the most diverse business group, which combine such different areas as electrical products, electronic components, telecom solutions and corrosion protection materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to help them to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes to ensure Health of Organization;
  • Act on HR priorities to support business strategies in line with global HR strategy and drive their implementation;
  • Provide advice to business leaders and line managers on application of HR policies and tools as well as on employee relations issues;
  • Facilitate key HR processes within assigned divisions (Talent Management, Performance Management, Annual Salary Adjustment Process, etc.);
  • Support employees on HR related issues (development, career growth opportunities, etc.);
  • Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns;
  • Participate in HR department projects.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 3+ years of relevant HRBP/ HR generalist experience in international environment preferably
  • Strong expertize in hiring and talent management
  • Comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Effective team-player
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills 
  • Significant knowledge of Labor law
  • English is upper-intermediate or higher
