I ended up with this one. I chose this item for two reasons. the first is that I needed something that would keep me cooler at night and the second it was was highly recommended by a friend of mine.
Once seeing how well others liked this, I placed my order. I was very excited when it arrived. It does have a cool touch, however, it made me very hot throughout the night. Halfway through the second night, I had to pull everything off the bed including the cooling pad. I wish I could say this did it's job...for some it may, it just didn't work for me. It's only been a few days but I love my new topper! I have a brand new bed but it was just a bit too firm for my liking. This topper has helped. I did read reviews and saw that they made good if the customer was not satisfied or if there was a "flaw" in the product. But it is not cooling or temperature-regulating in any way -- both my husband and I tossed and turned b/c it kept us very warm -- too warm -- at night.
