This is an old hotel, past it's prime, and seriously needs a renovation. One of the elevator wasn't working and the other one doesn't have air conditioning. The room assigned to us was a bit old and you can smell that from the bedsheets, carpets, even the pillows. I thought all rooms have flat screen tvs but the one assigned to us had an old CRT Tv with a faulty remote control. The smell of the carpet was not nice, cable tv was so awful we prefer to turn it off instead. Many unauthorized guest would be able to come in so I would say security was not well thought. When we checked, the floor smelled like food. Service at this hotel is quite lacking. 2 hours to get batteries for the remote control (should have been verified before check-in). Guests troubleshoot problems in the room as evidenced by their lack of room inspection to verify everything works.
