Hopefully if you buy this from Amazon, they are more careful in shipping.This chair was a delight to put together. I have not put together an office chair that went together so easily. The screws included were well labeled, not just with vague part numbers with with words like "arm rest" and "chair back". Even without the instruction manual, you can do this assembly in about 15 minutes. The base is solid metal with high quality casters. Everything in the assembly just fit, from the base to the arm rests to the back.Once assembled, I detect almost no wobble in the chair, a common problem in consumer office chairs. It is supportive and smooth, with a great tension-based tilt mechanism that lets you recline without making you flop back in the chair. Back support is great from the mesh back, and the seat it comfortable for look periods at the computer. It is a little pricey, but it seems to do the job. It is also visually attractive with a silver back support, and would look great in any office.
