in some village theres a couple, is a Sara and Mike,they life peacefully but in some day suddenly after wakeup sara feel ill and Mike offering a milk,but Sara can't even drink milk,and then Mike call a doctor,most doctor did't make house call,but this doctor feel empathy for them and decise to go to them,and then the doctor arrive,then the doctor go to Sara bedroom avery after couple of minuters

doctor out and request something like a knife,hammer,saw,Mike so worry about Sara and why doctor request some wierd tool,and the truth is the doctor just can't open his bag.
