We take pride that you have chosen our gear to be part of your every day life with your family, so it’s no surprise that responsibility and dependability are two of Nuna’s core values. We strive to continuously provide the best, safest gear possible. We have learned that in some cases, our ZAAZ™ high chair’s arm bar can bend or detach during use, posing a fall hazard to children. After identifying these issues, we created a secure solution for each ZAAZ model and are conducting a voluntary recall on all ZAAZ’s that have been sold in the United States and Canada in cooperation with the U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada. ZAAZ high chairs purchased in USA and Canada after February 1, 2013 with model numbers beginning with HC-07-XXX and HC-08-XXX are affected by the recall. The model number can be found under the seat of the ZAAZ high chair on a white sticker like the example shown here. Nuna will provide ZAAZ high chair owners with a free repair kit that includes a new arm bar and instructions on how to easily switch it out.

J. Crew Recalls Girls Coats Due to Choking Hazard (Recall Alert) This recall involves Crewcuts brand girls' puffer coats in dark wine, navy and sunwashed peony colors. The coats are padded with geometric squares with 6 buttons down the front of the coat. There is a faux fur trim lining the hood and the coats were sold in girls sizes 2-14. Only coats with style number C9048 and PO numbers: 5055794, 5056319, 50565325, 8053606, 8053098 or 8053603 are included in the recall. The style and PO number are printed on a care label sewn into the inside seam of the coats along with “FA 15” or “HO 15. Recall date: February 18, 2016 Recall number: 16-728The buttons on the front of the coat can detach posing a choking hazard to young children. Bring Your Adventure Sports (BYA) Skyline Zipline Kits BYA Sports Recalls Skyline Backyard Zipline Kits Due to Fall Hazard This recall involves BYA Sports Skyline backyard zipline kits sold in 60, 75 and 90 foot cable lengths.




The kits were sold in camouflage packaging containing a masin cable, trolley, short cable, turnbuckle and u-clamps. The following bar codes are found on the bottom of the packaging. 7456111220012 (60ft), 7456111220029 (75ft) and 7456111220036 (90ft). The BYA logo and "Skyline" (60, 75 or 90) Zipline Kit" are printed on the front of the packaging. Recall number: 16-108A crimp in the zipline can fall allowing the cable to pull free or become slack while in use, posing a fall hazard to the user. Wedgewood Peter Rabbit decorative baby rattle Wedgewood Decorative Baby Rattle Recalled by WWRD Due to Choking Hazard. This recall involves all Wedgewood Peter Rabbit decorative baby rattles. The silver-plated giftware is shaped like a baby rattle, but is intended to be used as decoration only, It measures about 4.5 inches long and 2 inches wide. A Peter Rabbit fisgure and "hop hop hop" underneath are embossed on one end cap and "hop little rabbit" over the Peter Rabbit figure is embossed on the other end cap.




Recall date: February 4, 2016 Recall number: 16-095The ball bearings inside each if the decorative rattlescan be released, posing a choking hazard to young children. Britax B-Safe 35 and B-Safe35 Elite infant car seats and travel systems CPSC, NHTSA and Britax Announce Recall of Infant Car Seats Due to Fall Hazard. This recall involves Britax B-Safe 35 and B-Safe 35 Elite infant car seat and travel systems manufactured between October 1, 2014 and July 1, 2015. The product can be used as a rear-facing only car seat and as an infant carrier. The car seat/carriers have a canopy, black shell and base, and were sold in a variety of colors. The Britax logo is printed on both sides of the seat shell and on the carry handle grip. Model numbers and the date of manufacture (DOM) are printed on a label located at the back of the infant car seat/carrier shell. Recall date: January 21, 2016 Recall number: 16-081The car seat carry handle can crack and break allowing the seat to fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury to the infant.




Britax recalls strollers and replacement top sets due to choking hazard. This recall involves Britax B-Ready strollers and B-Ready replacement top seats that were sold separately. The B-Ready strollers have a silver or black frame with a solid-colored top seat in a variety of colors. The Britax logo is on the stroller’s side hinges and foot rest. B-Ready is printed on the sides of the stroller frame. The stroller’s model number and date of manufacture are printed on a label on the stroller’s frame between the front wheels or on the inside frame that connects to the back right wheel. The replacement top seats were sold separately in a variety of colors and fit into the stroller’s frame. The replacement top seat’s model number and date of manufacture are printed on a black label on the right side tube above the adjuster button, under the fabric cover. The foam padding on the stroller's arm bar can come off in fragments if the cild bites the arm bar, posing a choking hazard.




Darth Vader and Disneyland's 60th Infant Bodysuits Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Recall Infant Bodysuits Due to Choking Hazard. The Darth Vader Infant Bodysuits were sold in five sizes: 3M, 6M, 12M, 18M and 24M. The garment has a gray body with black sleeves and trim. The artwork on the front of the bodysuit shows an infant Darth Vader holding a light saber with the text: “If you only knew the power of THE DARK SIDE.” Recall date: January 1, 2016 Recall number: 16-076The snaps on the bodysuits can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. This recall involves two styles of infant one-piece bodysuits with a three snap button closure. The garments are 100% cotton. Classroom Select NeoRok Stools School Speciality Expands NeoRok Stools Due to Fall Hazard. This recall involves new and previously recalled 18-inch tall and 20-inch tall Classroom Select NeoRok Stools with a tilting and rocking feature, for use by children in the classroom. The stools have a round black rubber seat insert with a solid color plastic seat and black rimmed base.




The Classroom Select logo is printed on one side of the base and the NeoRok name is printed on the other side of the base. The stools were sold in 12 colors: Cardinal (red), Claret (maroon), Ebony (black), Imperial (blue), Lilac (purple), Marine (navy blue), Nickel (silver), Paprika (orange), Periwinkle (light blue), Pistachio (green), Saffron (yellow) and Slate (gray). Recalled 18-inch stools are item number 1496340 and recalled 20-inch stools are item number 1496342. Recall date: January 14, 2016 Recall number: 16-721The stool can break during use, posing a fall hazard. LATTJO Tongue drums and LATTJO drumstick sets IKEA recalls toy drums and drumstick sets due to choking hazard The drum is a solid birch rectangular-shaped drum with a turquoise-dot print on the front and two solid red circles on top. The drum measures about 8 inches long by 2-3/4 inches wide by 2-3/4 inches deep. The drum comes with a seven inch mallet with a turquoise painted handle and black rubber ball on the end.
