My name is Yulia. I work in the DRCT customer support team. Today I want to show you in detail how the product works and what you can do using DRCT.


First of all, I will show you how the search and creation of a reservation works in case you need to create a reservation manually. After that, I will tell you what useful information you can see in the booking.


This is how the search looks like. You can use command or graphical format to enter data. Enter information about departure and arrival airports, specify date, number of passengers and press search.


Then we will see all available options for this destination. You can filter the options by cheapest and fastest. Also, we are working on making more detailed filters, for example, by airline, departure time, class of service. 


We choose the option we are interested in. Here we can see the name of the fare, we can also open the fare rules and see the information on baggage.


Enter passenger's data and click book. Then we can open the booking in the booking section or simply by clicking on the locator in the line with the green notice. 


The reservation always displays the system locator and the airline locator, which may be needed for check-in or to contact the airline. Below the locator is always the time limit before which the ticket must be issued. Passport and contact details of the passenger can be entered in the reservation. To check out, click on the checkout button.


Once the ticket is issued, the ticket number will appear in the reservation and in the sales section. You can download the ticket in the booking by clicking on the download all tickets button, or each ticket individually in the sales section.


Once the ticket is issued, instead of the time limit for issuing the ticket, we will see the time until which the ticket is allowed to enter. There is always a time zone next to the time, which you should refer to. Once this time has expired, the ticket cannot be canceled. In case the airline has a policy of full refund within 24 hours after checkout, please contact our support chat.


You can find any issued reservation in DRCT under Reservations by passenger name or by locator.


To contact our chat room, click on the blue circle on the bottom right. Sometimes it happens that there is no possibility to create a new chat room. Unfortunately, this is a bug in the product we use for chatting. In that case, please post your request to one of the old chat rooms.
