Hi!

My name is Shahnaz Priwingsatiningrum or Shan for its shorter version. I majored in French Linguistics and Litterature at University of Brawijaya Malang, and graduated back in 2015. I worked for two years as linguistics research and teaching assistant. I learned how to make curriculum. I got lucky when I got a job as ethnography research assistant for a full year. Right now I am in the process of getting hired by a alternative holistic school in Bandung, and have been interning for three weeks. I think in my new endeavour and journey in education field, I have been practicing what anthropologists repeatedly teach their students: flying in the seats of my pants! But I think it really interesting to jump in new field as there's so much to imbibe.

I love reading articles from aldaily.com and 3quarksdaily.com--there's so much to learn. A jack of all trades (perhaps only a euphemism of scatterbrain) that I am, my interest/hobby is also eclectic as it runs the gamut from reading, research, design, drawing and illustration. Right now I'm waiting for the latest and final installment of Wachowski's series: Sense8 the Final.

I wish someday I can build my own school or at least an NGO running education programs for those in needs. It is a dream that I am trying to enact right now, by applying to this project. I have read all your application and can't hold back from wanting to meet you!
