I find this chair really uncomfortable. I've persevered for nearly two months now but it just feels awful for me despite trying every adjustment and combination of positions. Got one cheap from a clearout sale and while the chair is OK the price is just insane. Fit and finish is all right but not in line with the price. Excellent - very comfortable, even for long periods My partner had two prior desk chairs last less than a year but I can highly recommend these Aeron chairs.

The Herman Miller Aeron Chair allows you to select the tilt options you prefer. There are three options to choose from - Without Tilt Limiter – Recline position cannot be locked to suit your preference. Tilt Limiter – The Tilt Limiter lets you recline in the chair to a position that you can then set as the limit. Once locked the chair will not recline further back than the locked position but will still allow you to move forward. Limiter + Forward Tilt – This option provides the Tilt Limiter with the ability to tilt forward past the horizontal point. This is useful when sitting at an increased height. Review by Sid / (Posted on 12/04/2011) Having changed every six months various makes of chairs because of my bad back, I bought a Herman Miller Aeron over 15 years ago, used it daily sometimes for up to 12 hours a day. I never looked back, I am still using it and it is as good as the first day I bought it. It is an excellent product, durable and would strongly recommend it. Not cheap at first look, but well worth every penny. The one I have still has loads of "mileage" in it, I would say for a further 15 years.
