Help

Hello, I need help my computer does not start windows due to an error, and I want to install Prime OS on a USB memory to use it in boot mode (I don't have another pc to do the installation on the USB) I have everything on the USB memory and I did it with the cell phone and an OTG cable, but I just need to do the installation, I need an app that allows me to do the installation, does anyone know how I can do it?
