The 2014 Takeo Paper Show used subtle as its theme and explored the foundation of paper’s appeal. We configured the show as four parts: SUBTLE /CREATION, an exhibition of work by 15 creators expressing subtle; SUBTLE/COLLECTION, an exhibition of various subtle phenomena that arouse people’s sense of subtleties; Paper: A Portrait, photographer Yoshihiko Ueda’s expression of the origins of paper; and NEW RELEASE.
