Although the material is good, it has a complicated set up procedure, & if you miss the time to reset, which is NEVER the same each time !!!!!! I found it a little confusing at first with the timer control, as I didn't realise it switched off after an hour if you didn't change it. Best purchase we have made. I highly recommend this was a little Leary on the cost but well worth it..... Good product and good service I love this set, nice & warm! The mattress is great but they could improve the visibility of the controls. The 1st heated mattes pad I had was by Biddiford and the red light to signal higher or lower heat and...
