Disturbed twice by staff as they got our checkout date wrong눇Location. 눇My stay was perfect, better then what I thought. I would love to come and stay here again 눉I have never stayed in such a dirty apartment. I paid $109 service charge, I'd like to know what this is spent on as it obviously isn't cleaning.
The windows were broken and dirty, the bath was black and mouldy and there was a dead cockroach on the ceiling.눇There is nothing I can say that I liked about this apartment 눉We found dirty underwear and robe under pull out bed along with work shoes under bed in bedroom눇I loved the location and the staff was awesome 눉The shower was a bit temperamental눇Good location and spacious apartment 눉They didn't have our reservation, so didn't give us the place we were suppose to have. Place did not have the essentials that a hotel would, such as soap, toilet paper, etc. place was suppose to have free wifi, it didn't and the cable is a joke.눇Location was good! Place was nice on the inside 눉These are private flats, 935 is a front property. Communal area smelt, apartment adequate but couldn't understand review score, maybe it was because didn't end up in 935 but 901. photos booked didnt match apartment given.눇location 눉Enamel Paints needed in high use areas눇The kitchen and especially the in unit washer
눉In addition to the normal price there was a 13% tax plus 109dollar cleaning fee. the mentioned price is the end price눇Location 눉we had to pay 109$ for cleaning fee. It make no sense that they do not include it in the price clearly. It was a surprise for us and a total shock that we had to pay that amount.눇The location is very good 눇The location & response of staff members. 눉There were no batteries in the remotes provided, so I had to purchase those. I would have liked to be able to have access to a extra set of bed sheets, but overall the staff was friendly and no one bothered you while staying.눇I liked the accommodations provided for an early check in and the fact parking was available was a great bonus! 눇This property was perfect for what we wished to do in South Beach, PARTY 눉we were allocated to Drexler Street, which was app. the same price, but the standard was much more worse, there was no cleaning and towel service during our stay, not even upon request, the equipment was out of date and surely not worth the price
