Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged. It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to any Mitre 10 store. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, just check your invoice to see which store dispatched your order and that’s where you send it back to.
