• Are gonna be the Hal's who did at least 50 sessions and earned more than $1k to date.

Next:

• You need to have good rates (rates table soon).
• Every Hal will have 10 invitations per year. Once they invite 5 people who get approved they become Hal+. They earn 10$ for every subscription his 10 approved Hal's get.
• Only The Hal+ can onboard new users.
• The Hal+ earn $30 for every user they subscribe to ($10 each month the first 3 months of their referral subscription).
• For every new Hal, The Hal+ approves they earn $5.
• For every new Specialist, they approve they earn $1.
• If one of The Hal's or Specialist they have approved is reported they get a $10 fine.

How to onboard users:

When having a session with a new user, try to make them feel comfortable when explaining all that Hal can do. Don’t push him too hard and don’t worry if someone doesn’t answer back.
