To withdraw funds from your ECRO account, follow ALL verification steps! The steps to be followed are as below:

 1. Verify your account with email and phone number.

 2. Attach an identity document in the appropriate field;

 3. In the second field, upload a selfie photo featuring yourself holding the document, as well as paper written the word "ECRO" and the current date.

 4. Fill in the information about your current place of residence and attach a document confirming your residence.

 5. The last step is to verify your identity through the video chat! Please, indicate the date and time of a possible verification call.

The communication channel is either SKYPE or ZOOM. Prepare an identity document to show it to our employee!
