Report to the Sr Designer and work closely with the Creative Director, and a group of talented design freelancers to support design initiatives
Create contribute to and optimize assets across multiple touchpoints – including but not limited to: member marketing materials, digital ads, social media assets, sales presentation edits, webinar cut downs, photo research, emails, etc
Support and collaborate with the Brand + Growth marketing teams with a focus to step in as needed to deliver on brand final graphic assets that continue to educate, inspire, and tell the Spring Health Story
Concept, research, manage and maintain the visual assets library, lead on production projects from design edits, to photo editing, to light retouching
Create social assets and video cuts for organic and paid media
Package content and execute smaller refinements and design edits as needed to stakeholders
Apply your skills to work on a variety of projects on any day . Agility, technical skills, design sensibility, a refined type design pov and time management skills are essential.
Experience
3-5 years of experience at a creative agency or start-up
Comfortable with a variety of projects in a variety of mediums – digital to print to video to packaging.
Knowledge of design techniques,
Ability to work well within a team.
Time management skills.
A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
Responsible for image archiving and image editing
Strong portfolio that demonstrates an eye for composition, color and typography
Comfortable using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, etc and Keynote/ Google Docs
