As a wedding planner I absolutely love Chivar chairs however they are not cheap. I would recommend getting a chair that is in between the regular folded wooden chair and Chivaris. There is other options out there. Good Luck and Happy planning Oracle – try this place out. They have chiavari chairs for $5…cheapest I’ve seen. We’re using this company for our chair cover and sashes bc we are not spending $1250 for chairs for our 250 guests 😉 Hope it works out for you! Just found out our venue doesn’t allow us to switch out the chairs! d’ can get them for the cocktail hour space, but I think I’m going to pass all the way around.
Thanks everyone for your help! THe price of chiavari chairs have come down drastically in the past year, they used to be $9-12 each and I just saw that they are around $5-6 each. Try Signature Party Rentals and Classic Party Rentals. Our family uses this company often. If you pay cash they even give you a 5% discount. Check them out. Its a family owned business. Reliable people and good prices. many great resources! I will definitely be doing my research on these soon! n’t forget to factor in delivery and pickup costs when comparing as well!
