The Company

Zorion is a visionary early-stage FinTech startup looking to provide innovative Mobile Banking and Investment solutions for the EMEA and APAC regions. The Role

We’re looking for a growth & virality product manager to join our startup and take part in defining the strategy and delivering innovative ways to attract new users.

You are an expert with a proven track record in A/B & UX testing, conversion funnel optimization, CustDev, deep product analytics, building and testing viral loops, gamification & reward systems.

You have a strong action bias and can get things done.

You are looking forward to obsessing over data and making steady progress on business metrics through relentless experimentation.

You are energized by the idea of having a direct impact on business and product.

Your key metrics will be MAU and Retention.

Key Requirements

· 3+ years in a product management position responsible for growth hacking, virality, user acquisition, and onboarding.

· Ability to create no-code landing, creatives, posts, etc., and test it.

· Extensive experience in marketing (work with traffic, both acquisition & retention)

· Experience working on high-growth B2C products, ideally high traffic trading/crypto apps or social networks.

· Experience building products that drive user acquisition and conversion, based on rapid experimentation.

· Experience with A/B testing platforms and the in-depth use of data to inform decisions.

· Proven experience driving core customer and business metrics (acquisition, revenue, LTV etc).

· Excellent spoken and written English (C1)

· Being proactive and driving processes are the main requirements for the candidate.
