We are looking for the ninja Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills – a stellar performer who will derive the data insights and use them to make optimal decisions within global operational initiatives and support the product team in prioritizing, designing and tracking new features.

We believe that data is one of our key assets, which could and should be applied in every part of our business. To this end, Global BA team aims at providing fast and reliable data support for global functional heads and being a ‘go-to’ person for product managers in shaping our product.

This role contributes to the Global team, so you will be exposed to all the territories of our operation: Russia, Israel, the UK, and the US. You should be passionate about data with great communication pro-actively suggesting new improvements and owning your piece of work from A to Z.

Areas of responsibility:

• Execute ad-hoc analyses and research to initiate quick wins and long-term solutions
• Build the automated analytical tools and models to fix weak spots in the processes / product
• Roll-out the locally developed tools and contribute to the knowledge sharing base
• Market competitive research

Additional Requirements

• Final year student from top-tier university or graduate in Computer Science/Math/Data analytics
• Prior relevant internships / full-time positions and international experience are strong pluses
• Good command of either of programming languages: VBA, SQL, Python, R.
• Highly-analytical and data-driven with excellent structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel modeling skills: ability to build extensive multi-parameter models from scratch
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal: an ability to convince others and defend your point
• Native Russian, fluent English
• Strong work ethics

Final compensation will be discussed with finalists who pass all interview stages and will depend on your background and maturity.
