There is no back stabbing here, rather we all work together towards a common goal of achieving success and making our pockets grow as well as our clients pockets. The CEO of our company Rick Wilson is a busy man but an extremely hard working man. I know for a fact him and his wife care about our well being very much and it shows in their actions which is a rarity these days. It’s nice coming to work, knowing that the people around you want to see you succeed. Everybody within this company has been awesome. This is my first sales position where I only have to work Monday through Friday 9-6.

There is an amazing staff that is willing to go above and beyond to help you out. This is different then any other sales job I have ever had, people are always willing to help instead of trying to cut in front of you to grab a sale. The job is challenging and always keeps you engaged.
I have to recognize the people I work with as not only co-workers, but also as friends. Everyone I work with is willing to pitch in and do whatever it is that they can do to help out, even if it is outside of the scope of their normal job description. The hours are great and the bosses are some of the best people you could ask to work for Cons This job entails working at a computer for long periods of time. You don't get much face-to-face interaction unless you have a question, or something like that. Advice to Management Keep up the great work! Cons Don't trust the reviews! The CEO forces employees to write only good reviews on here, and it is apparent by the lack of genuine responses. The CEO will have a refutation for this reviews, but please do not dismiss this review flippantly. I have nothing to gain from this review, my only intention is to inform future curious job seekers. STEER AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! The CEO is abusive and power hungry. He brags constantly about how well he is doing, and what he has just recently purchased. He doesn't care about employees nor does he care about the profitability of his company in the future. The retained earnings go straight to his pocket and it is not returned to the business nor the overworked employees.The platform for the Dealer Car Search is a good platform, but that doesn't come from the CEO's brain trust. I don't want to speak to harshly about the CEO or other levels of management.
My biggest concern is to inform job seekers about the facade that is Dealer Car Search. Stay away from here as far as you can because the leadership is toxic.Like I said previously, I have nothing to gain from this review, I just want to be the beacon of light the for job seekers. All desks can see Outside. People who complain about this job are weak or just don't get how sales work. Negative coworkers are very few but can be cancerous if you let them.

Time and time again I notice that Management is working after hours analyzing the company progress, this gives me great confidence that Dealer Car Search is striving for industry supremacy.Dealer Car Search has put together a strong talented team in all areas of the workplace, and invest in its employee's.Personally my job presents to me new challenges constantly, from hardware to software. This helps keeps the job satisfaction on a high level. My role allows for me to always be learning about something new, from troubleshooting hardware, to assisting in development of products & features. Cons Development resources were an issue but Management is addressing this area by creating a Junior Development Team that is assisting the Senior Developers with alleviating workload.

Soon after I began working here, Dealer Car Search quickly became my favorite job that I've ever held. My talents were recognized, and the respect was shown. I've been told and shown on a few occasions that I'm a valued employee. Hearing that makes someone feel good about themselves. I feel good about the place I call my job.What can I say about the benefits? Shortly after starting I had already accrued some PTO, as well as eligibility for health, dental, and vision.One of my favorites, are the cakes that are brought in each month for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. :)There is always coffee brewing in the kitchen area, and even lunch is bought for us on occasion.A week before I started, Dealer Car Search moved into a brand new building.
