In the mean time I had my owner that was physically not able to make any appointments, he was hospitalized. I am very sorry that I could not answer you until now. We do not have the same staff as we did last year when you had your bathroom done. However, thank you for your response. We apologize greatly for this review. Unfortunately this is a by product of a recently released employee. Here at woods construction we demand a high level of quality for our customers and due to poor workmanship on a consistent basis, she was discharged, as well as being unable to handle herself in a professional manner in front of our customer base while trying to persuade them to leave us for her sub-par workmanship. The quality that we offer to our customers speaks for itself, and unfortunately we have no control over the possibility of being slandered for personal, not professional reasons.
I can assure you we meet our customers where they're at with complete professionalism and courtesy. With regret, if this slander has to continue, we will have to request to speak with this person in court. Our deepest apologies for the miscommunication. Ray had an emergency come up at the very last moment and by the time I realized that I was already out of the office for the day. I tried to contact you via phone and responded to your message through thumbtack. We would be more than happy to reschedule and once again, we apologize for the miscommunication and the hassle this caused you. Its unfortunate that you feel that way. We have went out above and beyond on your project. We did extra's that we never charged you for. We lost time in labor because we accommodated with your schedule due to you working nights, our guys were not able to start work first thing in the morning per your request. Its unfortunate that you feel this way. We feel your work was quality work and what you asked for.
The type of work you requested from us was done above and beyond minimum code standards. The pillars you asked us to compare yours to down the street are pathetic compared to yours. We broke up a lot of extra concrete that was not stated in the contract, we dug out and chopped up roots that were not stated in the contract and we relocated the fence to your requirements even cutting holes in the concrete to accommodate you. We paid for to haul off a large amount of debris which was not included in the contract. We cut the lintel out on top of the door to ensure proper installation which was not included in the contract. There are many other items I cant list but we will not go on. Should we have to legally pursue payment on this project those items can be charged for and included as extras. We also replaced a large amount of rotten wood on your soffit and fascia which extended much more than what you originally thought. We have extended every courtesy to you in every way we know how. We would like to end this peacefully and amicably for both parties.

My table came before it was expected and it was not damaged at all. It was packed in styrofoam and wood and was totally protected. The company shipped it to a local delivery service the day after it was ordered and I received it 2 days later. I had no problems and am very happy with my table. It is exactly how it was described.
