Very good service,I like to much All the personnel that I had contact with were professional and explained the process, what to expect when finished, how long to wait to confirm results and what to do if there were areas that needed lot be recleaned. I have always found Sears to be reliable. I will have to call to repeat the cleaning as there are areas that aren't as clean as they should be. My technician "Ryan" was phenomenal, he was polite, smart, friendly, on time and he explained everything to me in layman's terms so that i could understand it. If ever i need any garage door service or my family or friends need any service i will definitely recommend your company.

Very professional and fast installation-------------- Initial visitor appeared to be a salesman. I only wanted to get an estimate for repair. Not a $700.00 Bogus sales attempt Long time customer. The tech was prompt, work explained to me and done . very pleased with the experience Tech very friendly and knowlegable.courteous and neat at his job. Tech not completely familiar w/ my opener Great people great work!?? great job, all went well and very timely. It was a great experience, the technician was great, friendly, very helpful! Hopefully all your techs are as great as he was! Service was very good. Would highly recommend to others. 2 lower panels need repair/replacement. Please provide cost estimate with Senior Discount, AARP, MILITARY, Sears discount coupons.
I was very pleased with the service. The tech, Tony was very professional and a pleasure to deal with! Did a very quick and good fixer. The technician called me to explain the resolution with the garage door and answered all my questions with expertise. I highly recommend Jarrod (?). Once the installer finished, and I checked it. I thought that it needed a few adjustments.He made the adjustments. Now everything is operating smoothly. I did not receive a receipt that I signed. Please send it to me. Our technician was awesome! Both techs very proffessional and courtesy. Brian should be commended for such professional service. He is a tremendous credit and representative of Sears! The technician was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very satisfied he had to come at 9 pm and it was below zero! Jason was awesome -- he needs a raise The technician was prompt and professional Rich was really professional in every way.

This was greatly appreciated Eddie Padilla is wonderful! Did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired. This is his third visit and I have requested him ever since he installed my door opener! Please treat him well so he stays with Sears. Great job and team! Dave was very knowledgeable of the product and thorough in making sure all components were working correctly. The man who installed the garage door was great - very polite and professional! Mike was great and extremely professional the guys were great. they explained everything and demonstrated how to do things. they provided outstanding service . My technician was Asuncion Bravo. He answered all my questions and really took the time to explain what he did and why he did it. He was respectful, kind and an all around pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend him highly. I hope that next year when I do the yearly service on my garage doors I can request him! I was extremely pleased. Very pleasant, efficient and professional in completing the task, and went beyond expectations. I think the charge of $75.00 to come out and find nothing wrong and not have to do anything at all . Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job! Now we'll see what installation and performance match the above... Tomas was very helpful,throughout the estimate process Just to begin with, I am a very Customer service centric person. My experience with sears on this issue was propably the best experience I could have expected. 1st- the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and educated on the topic of my garage door. 2nd the appt time could not have been any better! They were here within an hour of me calling!
