Overall a great experience and I would gladly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of service. The service was good other than being told a different price on the phone when I set up the repair call. The technician was helpful and courteous and was able to finish the job quickly. This was my first time using Precision. I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend using them again. Mike, my technician, was very professional. He showed me possible reasons my door was closing with difficulty and gave me the option of what repairs I could make. I chose to take his recommendations. My door works like new!! He was able to repair our garage door quickly yet he was thorough. And this was despite the fact that he had been working a very long day. While I appreciated that the repair was accomplished the same day I called, I wish the office could have given me a better idea of when to expect Russ to arrived. They were both courteous and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was needed to repair my opener. They completed the job quickly and swept debris from my garage floor before leaving. The repairman arrived within 5 hours of my calll, explained everything in advance, fixed the problem (broken springs) and even adjusted my door opener. Their attitude and professionalism really came through. The performed a complete inspection, despite my only needing replacement of a burnt out motor, and performed minor maintenance free of additional charge.
I would definately use Precision again if needed. Mike did a great job installing the opener and explaining it all to me. On time service and when he was finished it looked like he had not even been here. I found you on the internet and the 5-star ratings made me call you. I was impressed with the technician, Vic. He called early to confirm the appointment, was on time and very professional. He fixed my garage on the spot within an hour. I will be calling again in a year to schedule a maintenance check, as was recommended I do not usually write comments. I had set up an appointment then decided to do it myself. Vic called to check on me and offered phone assistance if needed, because changing springs is extremely dangerous, he had my safety in mind. V.C. door company gave me wrong springs. Vic called the next day asking how it was going. 1 hour later I asked him to do my springs. Absolutely the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with almost ever. Job was done quick and given a couple of pointers on maintenance.
I very rarely let somebody do, what I can do myself. Make sure you get Vic to do your repair. Top notch and I'm hard to please. Martin, the technician, showed up on time and was very professional. We needed garage door repairs on a Sunday and Martin made the needed repairs and got our door opening/closing in no time. We'd definitely call Precision for future service or would recommend them to our friends and family.Martin was on time, efficient, careful, knowledgeable and friendly.
