A same day appointment was made. The tech Tim called to ask if it was ok to come a little earlier than the appointment. Tim arrived, was very friendly and professional. After going over the door thoroughly he recommended that the door was in need of a complete overhaul. Tim took the time to clearly explain what went bad and why on my door and then fully explained what he will be doing to repair the door. The price seemed fair with the lifetime warranty. I would definitely use Precision again and will recommend them in the future.

I especially liked the confirmation appointment showing his picture as well as all your other specialists. He spelled out everything for us and asked us which option we wanted. No pressuring at all.
