How does your service stand out? We put all of our effort into every job. The small and the big jobs. We make recommendations when the customer asks for ideas and we try and paint the idea of what it will look like so the customer can see the end result. We work with every customer and answer all questions and walk them through the job before it has started. We also work in customers houses when they might not be there and we take pictures throughout the job so they are being kept up to speed even though they can't be there. What do you enjoy about the work you do? I like being able to transform something my customer doesn't like or want and turning it into something better than they could have imagined. They found a way to fit me into the schedule and get my opener fixed. AND it was WAY cheaper than the other company. Salesperson was on time, knew the product, was professional and not pushy. Install tech showed up on time, installed quickly, and did thorough walk through. WOW, great customer service! I called for a minor service on on opener at lunch time and their service man was out within 1 and half hours. Art did a great job and is off to his next call already. We are also in a customer service repair business and we appreciate the prompt job they did. All I can say is top notch work! Called at 7:15 am because my old door closer broke, they were out by 10. Garage door works better than when it was new. This company installed our garage door and when a spring broke they were out ASAP because they recognize that either the car is stuck in the garage or outside the garage and can’t get in.
So, the employee, Glen, was super nice and said they realize what an inconvenience this situation is and handled it quickly. Any garage door issues in the future will be directed to this company. They replaced my garage door. They were very punctual, quick on installment, and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to every one. The man who came from Russ knew what he was doing. We had another door company try to repair our problem and they just made it worse. The man from Russ took care of the original problem as well as the one created by the first door company. We would definitely use Doors by Russ again. Great service, my Mom was very pleased. I called for the appointment and they were able to squeeze her in that same day. It ended up being a quick motor fix, as her door was not opening at all. He showed everything that needed to be done and also did some basic maintenance on the door, rollers and hinges. Would definitely use this company again. This is the third time I have utilized their service in the past 12 years.
Every experience has been positive. From the initial call to the service technician, all aspects are extremely professional. They respond promptly and the price is very fair. The did an outstanding job. They were very professional and we are very happy with the new door. Doors by Russ staff were very responsive, helpful and on time. We knew what we wanted and staff provided quote immediately. Installation takes a few hours (as with any replacement), and the final result is fantastic. New garage and a whisper quiet opener. Very happy with service and installation. Our garage door would not go up, so we called Doors by Russ. The person who answered the phone said they would be able to come out the following day but if an opening came up the same day they would call us. In an hour we received a call stating one of their installers would be available in a half hour. Dave came out and replaced the springs on the door. He was very friendly and very professional. The salesman came out immediately and they scheduled it within three days and everything was pretty much flawless. The organization and clean up was great.
