Like a bunch of new hires. I went thru 4 associates before i received help and the last associate said if i had the item number he could help me better. He didn't try to look anything up on the computer. Just wanted to hurry up and go talk to the store manager who in the store with his family. That's some customer service. I went told him he wasted my time and I would rather shop online. I went to Home Depot on 2/14/2017 and my shopping trip was so relax to talk to train employees and know how to do there job. Thanks to the whole team. The store was very clean and we had wonderful help from a sales associate there. I would recommend buying appliances at this location any day! Wish you would build a store in North Augusta, SC. I have to drive to Augusta or Aiken for Home Depot.
Most of the time Lowe's gets my business because they have a store near me. Home Depot has better prices and products. Love Miss Linda the cashier, been there a long time and always very helpful. this home depot store are alway clean the sale people are very helpful at this store This location had ample supplies for what I needed as I could make different choices based on my needs. The store staff was nice, friendly, and professional. However, there was one staff member at the will call desk who out-right lied to me otherwise I would have rated this location higher. There always seems to be one in the bunch who messes things up for the others... Store needs more sales associates. Have to sometimes look hard for someone that will help you. Cashier named Janice has been the most help I can usually;y find when I'm in the store. She does a good job. I had assistance from 2 employees. Both were happy to assist me and offered to help. From our service technician, Jessie, to April in the John Rolfe store, to Kristen in the Hull Street location, and to Matt and his helper who installed our new system, to our salesman (whose card I lost so I don't have his name) - these people could not have been nicer or more qualified and helpful! Rarely these days do you find an entire group of people who really seem to care that you get the best product and service they have to offer, but these folks do. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Old Town Manassas, VA. Apple Door did a great job! Apple Door did a great job installing two garage doors on a 1940's detached garage in Old Town Manassas, VA. Doors were different widths, had little overhead space to operate in. Apple installed a low overhang support system and it works great. Five other companies checked out the garage and none of them suggested this. I had Apple out to check and adjust doors two years after install...they did a great job. Am considering them for front doors in Manassas and Warrenton properties.
