Installing was very good. Installer was very knowledgeable. Worked fast and accurate. Love my new closet. The pieces needed to be fitted by the installer, but he was GREAT and left me with an amazing closet. Everyone involved was great to work withBilling was a bit of an issue. Happy with my new closet; however it does not hold as many clothes as it did prior to the new installation. Poor time management and project management. Designer and installer wonderful! Terrible handling of closet jnstallation, project was delayed for almost two months. Lied the entire process. Charged my credit a card immediately after I was told there wouldn't be any charge until I approved the design that would be sent to me in a POF in two days. It took two weeks to get the design. Finally approve the design and no response about when the project would start, was told two weeks, it was another four weeks for the Westchester Office to write out the legal documents needed. And then another two weeks to get them to my management office.
No follow up from this office and when they returned the call a couple of times it appeared that they were annoyed at my asking questions. Poor project and time management throughout. Can't completely blame the secretary. It's the office managers responsibility. Process was quick from start to finish. Adjustments were made on site as needed. Highly recommend using this. What if I have custom shelving that needs to be removed? In most cases your installer will remove existing shelving for an additional fee. However, only the holes in the wall resulting from this removal will be patched. Any cosmetic touch-ups will be your responsibility.
