New door and opener install. My garage door came off the rails and was falling over. Family Christian Door came out that same day, helped get it back in working order and let me order a new door. Once the door arrived they had it replaced immediately. Before I got the opener replaced I swear... Definitely recommend Family Christian Doors repeatedly! Very nice, very personal. Got a technician out the same day. Our tech was Chris S....again very nice and personal but extremely efficient. Also he was able to replace 2... Prompt, excellent, courteous service at a fair price. Micah was extremely knowledgeable, and found that our cables were fraying while looking at another issue. He helped us avoid a much bigger problem. I've used this company a few times and recommend them highly. our service rep. Fedel was great! I was taking with my neighbor and told him about my garage door and suggested to call you if he need a new door motor he said he just had a new one installed and then asked how much I paid. he has the same chamberlain, 2 openers and key pad that I had installed and... I just moved to the DFW area and my new home's garage was in bad shape....no door opener, rusted and broken springs, etc. Fidel took the time to make my 2 garage doors work like new again. This place is amazing! The garage door opener stopped working unexpectedly on Saturday evening.
Fidel arrived in less than an hour to repair the opener and replace parts on the garage door. He also provided great information on how to maintain/upkeep the door between semi-annual... Fidel was very professional and curtious. Very thorough while completing the tune up and roller change on our door. Explained the reason we needed new rollers and gave us information on proper maintenance on the door. Would recommend FCD to all. Fast response plus integrity We called with a non-critical problem with our door. Fidel arrived the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what the repair would cost. He also did a complimentary tuneup on the door and explained what he was doing and why it was important.... The spring on our door snapped., and when I arrived home and figured it out I found FCD on the internet. I called at 4pm to see if someone could come look at my garage door the same day and they were able to schedule a 6-8pm appointment. Rep checked with the office because the spring was only 1 year old and both he and his management felt that it should have... I made a call to schedule service, expecting maybe next week, but was told the very next day with a two hour window. Bryon caled 30 minutes prior arrived on time and got to work.
