I have always found Sears to be reliable. I will have to call to repeat the cleaning as there are areas that aren't as clean as they should be. My technician "Ryan" was phenomenal, he was polite, smart, friendly, on time and he explained everything to me in layman's terms so that i could understand it. If ever i need any garage door service or my family or friends need any service i will definitely recommend your company. My service was great from beginning to end. Rick was such a knowledgeable and polite technician. SEARS thank you for your services and please keep technicians like Rick working for your store. Very professional and fast installation-------------- Initial visitor appeared to be a salesman. I only wanted to get an estimate for repair. Not a $700.00 Bogus sales attempt Long time customer. Service was very good. Would highly recommend to others. 2 lower panels need repair/replacement. Please provide cost estimate with Senior Discount, AARP, MILITARY, Sears discount coupons. I was very pleased with the service. The tech, Tony was very professional and a pleasure to deal with! Did a very quick and good fixer. The technician called me to explain the resolution with the garage door and answered all my questions with expertise. I highly recommend Jarrod (?). Once the installer finished, and I checked it. I thought that it needed a few adjustments.He made the adjustments. Now everything is operating smoothly. I did not receive a receipt that I signed. Please send it to me. Our technician was awesome! Both techs very proffessional and courtesy.

This is his third visit and I have requested him ever since he installed my door opener! Please treat him well so he stays with Sears. It is hard to find professional repairmen!Service was very timely, outstanding, fixed everything and Matt was professional and pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with how fast I received service after my initial call for an estimate. The technician Matt was on time, very pleasant, neat and completed the work correctly.Showed me how everything worked and answered all questions . Will definitely use Sears again in the future. he was very nice and professional! They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. I had to call to find out when the appt was scheduled. I'd say sears was on the high side on labor expense Be clearer about total charges beyond the initial service charge. My technician's name was Ian & he was very professional & courteous. I would request him again. Our Sears "Tech" Cody was very knowledgeable, industrious and personable.

Mike was great and extremely professional the guys were great. they explained everything and demonstrated how to do things. they provided outstanding service . My technician was Asuncion Bravo. He answered all my questions and really took the time to explain what he did and why he did it. He was respectful, kind and an all around pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend him highly.

Paul was both professional and pleasant. He explained my options, laid out the things I might want to consider, and we decided what to have done. I was extremely pleased. Very pleasant, efficient and professional in completing the task, and went beyond expectations. I think the charge of $75.00 to come out and find nothing wrong and not have to do anything at all . Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job! Now we'll see what installation and performance match the above...
