Only negative is that when I called to appoint, I bragged so about Brian and insisted on having only him, but the appointment registrar never assigned us to him. Instead, I received a call from another tech the day of the appointment, but I insisted on Brian. Brian called mew back and the appointment was set for the next day. Garage Door Opener Install Review: While I was very pleased with the effort Brian made to complete my install and the patience he exhibited while waiting for my home warranty company to approve the expense, I was very disappointed that he spliced my new wiring into my old wiring for the door safety mechanism and opener wall buttons rather than taking the time to run the new wiring. When I sell the house down the road, I can guarantee a home inspector will make an issue of this causing me to incur additional expenses to address such a sloppy job. The wires are simply twisted together and taped.
