The door was crooked when it closed and you had to hold down the opener button for it to work, especially in the car with the built-in opener. Our technician Jaysen was very helpful in explaining how each component helps the door & opener to operate correctly. He disconnected the opener and showed me how the door could barely be moved manually. He spotted the frayed cable and replaced it. He also fixed a roller that was in the wrong hinge position (prior Precision install), tightened the spring, re-balanced the door and adjusted the actual opener.
Now works just fine with the single opener touch and travels fairly smoothly considering the opener/door is over 15 years old. Jaysen also gave a tip on replacing the bottom seal which I want to do myself when the time comes. Wow, great company to work with. Brian did a great job replacing our garage door springs and opener. He was very efficient at what he was doing. Martin was very helpful and polite. He did a great job. My technician Jesus did a great job and was very clear on what I needed to fix my garage door. He explained everything to me so it was very easy for me to understand. They did what they said they would and when they'd do it. What more could I ask for? Door is working better than new! I cant believe how quiet it is now. My husband came home and couldnt believe the difference Martin did a great job and not only was I happy to be able to get service on a Sunday but also with no inflated charges.
