The car only has 23K miles but it is 4 years old. I brought the car in at 7:45am and advised them that I needed the car back by 1pm. I was told that would not be a problem. I received a call at 10am saying my car was ready and all was OK but the caller recommended I replace the air filter if that had not previously been done. I approved the replacement and picked my car up before 10:30am. I am 100% satisfied. All charges were explained at the time I brought the car in and there were no surprises.

Got right in, they diagnosed & fixed the problem very quickly. Only issue, it was really really pricey!Walked in and the guy Eric greeted me and was patient working with me. They finished the inspection in a timely manner. I was there for no longer than 15 minutes. The manager checked me out and explained what to do further since it was my first time getting an inspection done to my car. Overall nice serviceThey are very friendly and helpful. It was really cold yesterday and they offered to drive my 2 year old and I home while my car was being worked on. I really appreciate them and now my 2011 328i Bmw is running again smoothly!!! The guys at city garage did a free inspection, called me with a quote and did a great job. I also appreciated Dillion taking me home while the work was being performed. Dillion also picked me up and took me back to the shop.Service was fast, staff friendly and they even let me take the new magazine I was reading, during inspection, from their facility!!!!! I've been going to this location for three years now (with 4 different vehicles in that time because I was driving broken-down wrecks for a while there), and they always have outstanding service, courteous & professional attitudes, and have never tried to upsell me on anything (they do make recommendations, but never get pushy about it).Quick, efficient, personal service.I use City Garage at Frankford and Midway in Dallas for all my auto repair needs.
