As a matter of fact I have bought my water heater and roofing materials as well as plumbing and wooden floor etc. I have always found the staff cooperative and very helpful to guide for the suitable products. It is cleanre freidnly and closer to me John at customer service is always friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and caring about his customers. He always directs us to an appropriate associate who is able to help with our project. He introduced us to Holly who has the same great customer service as John. Sherland was a great help with our microwave and Greg was a great help with our doorbell cover. He gave me several options. Love HOME DEPOT all the products and services they offer.
Wish I had more money to do more "Home" projects. Associates in this store are always very helpful, asking if I need anything and offering to get items for me. They know where everything is and can direct me quickly even when I don't know what the proper name is and can only tell given them a description of what I need! The employees are friendly, professional and helpful and are assigned to specific product areas, so you can asked them for help. The knowledge of the personnel is broad.
