Mike Bernhardt was the technician and he did a great job. He was patient in explaining what had and hadn't been done. They arrived on time and showed me that my spring had broken. The technician went over pricing with me. I agreed and he had the repair done in less than an hour and I was back in business. Mike is a super nice guy and did a terrific job. great same day service! Jesus was very friendly and informative along with the rest of the staff. No need to call anyone else ever again. I was informed over the phone by the office that all the technicians arrive with fully stocked trucks if I decided to have the repair done at that time. I went ahead with the repair and the door works great! I want to say how much I appreciate the honesty of your company. My garage door would not stay closed and at first the technician thought I might need a new motor. Thank goodness he found that a hanging piece of sheet was causing the door to not stay closed. He could of insisted I needed a new motor but he was honest. I am so grateful, I would not hesitate to use your service again.
